      <description>Hmmm... if you go to the Divider page and try printing from there, the Print panel should automatically fill in the page range for the Divider plus all of its associated pages.  Have you tried that, and if so, what happens?&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;You can get to a Divider page from the Contents page: mouse over where the page number for the divider page would be and it will "appear."  Click that to go to the Divder page.</description>
