Ever present "next actions"

Hi, gang.

I've a challenge that some of you more experienced types might have some insight on:

When I finish a task, the task:

1. Shows up as 'checked' on NB and ical. This is great.

2. Shows up as 'checked' on my 'to do'indices page. This is also great.

2. On my 'context' page under indices, the task remains unchanged!

This would not be a problem for those who only work off of the 'to do' lists. However, I use the contexts page @mac, @errand, etc. for all my next actions. The problem is when they are completed, I have no way of knowing whether or not they are done.

I don't mind deleting my competed todos ( as this would remove them from the indice page) but then they are gone forever and I cannot review my past stuff.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to solve this?

Perhaps there is a good way to archive my stuff before I delete it? If anyone has any solutions, please let me know.
