Knowing in advance if I'm facing a two-minute task, or a two-week's one, is very important to me.<BR>At the moment, I use a black circle for heavy tasks, a white one for average tasks, and no circles for easy tasks.<BR>[EDIT: Now I use four custom stickers: red for heavier tasks, orange for very heavy, yellow for moderately heavy, green for very easy (2-min); no sticker for ordinary tasks]<BR><BR>This leads to the following issue:<BR><BR><BR>- More stickies shown at the same time. Unfortunately you can only see one sticky at a time. I really second that it would really improve the GTD-ishness of NB if this would be possible.<BR>But maybe I'm missing something too...<BR>Hope this will get into the 3.0 version.
