It seems to make sense to create your trial notebook as soon as you open the case but then you might want all your to do's in one notebook and not just in client notebook.
But it would be nice to be able to have the Jones "to do" to automatically show up in the "Jones" notebook as well in the "Client" general file. I don't need to have everything in one notebook but it would be nice to have a way to see everything if need be. Is the real solution just to have one large notebook or is it to link the smaller trial notebooks with the general notebook that does not have all of the specifics? Kevin George |

I think you want to do it both ways. I'm thinking of setting up a master David Allen Style to do list of all my cases. For those cases that are being set up for trial a separate notebook. Rob Blau
