In addition to the trial notebook, it makes a great way to organize current cases. Mine is tabbed into Federal, Felonies, Misdemeanors, Juvenile, Civil and Military, with each client getting a page in the appropriate tab. I have a link to a pre-made caption, basic case info, all the contact info (under which I can keep a record of communications with individuals), correspondence, etc. This has made me much less reliant on bothering my secretary for routine tasks, and keeps everything I'm currently working on at my fingertips. (Now if there was just a way to put emails in.)

Saluki,

You can use Clipping Services to put e-mails into NoteBook. If you are using Apple Mail, just create a Clipping Service for a page and then control-click on the message you want to clip into that page.

Support for Entourage mail is coming.

Elizabeth
