After looking at how the law profession is using NB, I see a lot of potential for a therapist as well. Is there anyone out there using this in private practice? If so were you able to be HIPA compliant? I imagine a section for patient presentation, diagnosis & treatment, test results, progress notes, etc. In the beginning I would probably stick to paper and scan the images right into NB. Thoughts anyone?
