The most recent review I've discovered is in Occupational Hazards - the online authority on occupational safety, health, and loss prevention.

The article is entitled Computers: Organizing Life's Complexities (08/23/2005) and it gives an excellent introduction to concepts! There are also some great suggestions that we will have to take under serious consideration.
