Notebook as a secure password store?by MarkH - 01:58PM, Mar 16, 2009 |

I have just bought a new Mac Mini, and my current password manager (SplashID) has not been able to make the transition from Tiger to Leopard, crashing incessantly. Since I already have Notebook 2.1, and likely to upgrade soon, is Notebook a safe and secure way to storing confidential information like passwords and account numbers? I’ve seen dedicated products for this sort of thing, which proclaim their security strength in terms of encryption, but it would be nice to keep it in something familiar. Thank you in advance! |

In NoteBook 3.0, you can encrypt pages within your notebook. This option is accessible under the Page menu. Travis
