The “open recent” function under the file pull-down menu doesn’t work for me. Is something I can do to fix this? |

Are you still having issues with this in the lastest version of “NoteBook? Travis

I am having the same problem on version3. I have just submitted a support request as well. The list of recently opened notebooks have disappeared and there is only an option “clear menu”

Hello, There’s a problem in pre-v360 versions of NoteBook such that the Open Recent menu remains empty under Snow Leopard. Upgrading to the latest, currently v362, is the way to fix that problem. In addition, Apple appears to have made a change in the way the Open Recent menu behaves. New for SL, the number of items in the Open Recent menu is set from the Documents popup in the “Number of recent items” section of the Appearance pane in System Preferences. For some users this preference is set to “None” which has emptied out the menu. Changing that setting fixes the problem. If you’ve taken both of the above steps and are still seeing a problem, please contact us at support. Best, __jayson
