Printing the whole notebook

I have used Notebook to write a user manual for custom software. I am trying to figure out how to print the whole notebook, index page and all dividers. Is there any easy way to do this without having to print every page separately?

It’s easy. From the Circus Ponies File menu, choose Print. Then choose the PDF” button, and then ‘Save as PDF”

You will get a PDF file that looks like the notebook (in black and white), which you can then “print” on paper.
