Still does not help. Not using “paper lines” and the font on all lines is the same and is not huge (Helvetica 12) but the text in one line lines up with the cell control but the next two lines are clearly below their cell control.

I really really wish you folks could make line spacing easier and more intuitive. Something like the above happens every so often for reasons I cannot discern, then I work on it for 30-40 minutes. Many times cannot fix it, just delete that notebook and start over. One of the major reasons I do not use Notebook regularly.
