"None" discarded ...

"None" discarded attachments?

I’ve noticed for some time now that when I “Remove all” discarded attachments from a Notebook 3.0 (368), that page in the Multidex is at first blank (as was the case in earlier versions), but when I later return to that page, an item named “None (1)” is now listed. This is a bit confusing and even misleading.

Is this normal behavior for 3.0 (368)—and if it is, might I suggest that it should not be normal behavior?

Hello Terry,

Your Notebook probably just has a corrupted index. You can rebuild it by holding down the Command and Option keys while opening the Notebook. That should correct the issue.

Thanks, that seems to have done the trick. Intriguingly, this corruption seems to have afflicted every NoteBook file on my computer. I wonder if the problem was introduced when the application was upgraded at some point.
