Anyone know why none of my URLs are showing up in the Internet Address index?

Ok so I had to CLICK URLs to get them to show. Why was this in the "hidden" state by default?

This is a bug that's existed from 1.0 and is on my list to fix but I never seem to get around to it. In the other index pages, the cells tell you how many matches there are. The Internet index page's cells do not report this number.
