Very nice article. I wrote a long comment discussing Jer's Novel Writer and Avenir, but it hasn't appeared on the site. I hope it hasn't got lost, because I didn't keep a local copy! Sorry to be so late coming back on this. Your comment did run on the site. My feeling about Jers is that it's still beta software and since I write for a living I can't risk running with that (yes I know ALL software is beta but you have to have limits). I did buy Avenir; somehow it just doesn't work for me I'm afraid. I found the extras somewhat distracting.
