      <description>I am doubtless being thick here but... I am using the novel template and want to organise my characters into groups: Citizens, Soldiers, Royalty for example. The template wants individual characters. I can use the groups instead of the characters but then I don't see the character names on the contents page. Is there some way I can get three levels of indent on the Contents page.</description>
