Can't use SFTP

I’m having trouble exporting a NoteBook to my Web site using SFTP on a nonstandard port. The only error I get is “There was a problem accessing the SFTP server”. Console messages are also not too helpful:

I’m able to access the server using the same credentials from Terminal and Transmit. Can anyone suggest some troubleshooting steps? Thanks!
