I’ve created a test notebook and have uploaded it to my server using NoteBook’s ftp feature. All looks fine, as I can see the files on the server. But when I type the path (www.website.xxx/notebook/name/index.html) in the browser I get a 404 error. What am I missing? I would appreciate a nudge in the right direction, thank you :) |

Hello Paula, Try putting in the following: www.website.xxx/notebook/name (without the index.html) or www.website.xxx/notebook/name/pages/1.html MJ

Thanks mojen for the suggestion. I tried both variants and still get the: “404 Error File Not Found.” Do you or anyone else have any additional ideas? Thanks in advance!

Please could someone help? Every day I study the Word of God and create my study notes in a Circus Ponies Notebook. I wish to share my notes with others on the web as a part of the Great Commission. I would appreciate any guidance. I have uploaded the file to the web, but just can’t seem to access it. – Thanks! – Ken

Why not try www.website.xxx/notebook/name/pages It should search for the home page. I am perusing here since I want to upgrade form version 2, but need to see how many problems there are. I am using NoteTaker, but it doesn’t do some of the things that Notebook does, and viceversa.
