I haven't done any work on my website http://homepage.mac.com/pogmoor/GuitarLoot/for a few months and I'm really impressed by NoteBook 1.2. Now I can make the cover page the first page of my site without having to paste in loads of HTML. However, it seems I still have to edit the HTML to get the cover page on the web called anything other than "Cover". If I change the filename in the Page Inspector it doesn't seem to make any difference. Am I missing something? if not, could this be a future upgrade?

For those of you wanting the HTML cover page's name to be something other than "Cover," what if I make it the Notebook name? Some people have asked for the ability to set the name themselves - just wondering if making it the Notebook's name is good enough.

__jayson

Why not make it user selectable with the notebook name being the default?

Cheers,
/Markus.

Because I can't find a good place to stick this option in the Inspector! That's why I'm wondering if it's good enough to just adopt the Notebook's name.

__jayson

How about the Notebook Inspector with the HTML Export Options? Maybe rearrange "Backing Style" so the two choices are side by side and there should be enough room to add a field for the Cover name.

"Notebook_name" is a welcome improvement over "Cover". I would not miss user-set-ability of this variable if it weren't offered, but I would use it if it were.

Kirby.

Well, I wish I knew more about HTML export to make it work for me. Here's my problem and it relates to the cover page. I have tried adding a graphic to my cover page, that does work on my local site but when I go to try the remote site. The graphic file doesn't load. So how do I fix this? I have tried Dreamweaver but get the same outcome. Here is the website www.starwagonservices.com. Someone help me know how to make the graphic work on my remote. Thanks.
