Well, before I could ask about the ability to link text to URLs in a new window being reinstated in v2, it reappeared in build 227. Thanks guys However…...when I save my NoteBook and re-open it later I find that Ctrl-clicking on the link shows that the “Modify” option is ghosted, so if I need to change the URL or toggle the above option I have to delete the link and recreate it.Has anybody else seen this?Neil |

I still have this problem. There are links to external urls that seem to be permanently unmodifiable, the "Modify" word is ghosted. Five links on the page are old and are unmodifiable. One link, entered today, is modifiable. I can't see any difference between the links in the inspector. After Quiting Notebook and restarting it the situation persists. The only way to modify some external links seems to be to delete them and re-create them.

Same here still, but I only export a few pages to HTML and they're pretty static, so occasionally I have to delete and recreate the link.

Yesterday I changed a lot of links, by deleting and recreating, so that they are modifiable. Today a control-click on those links shows that they have suddenly again become un-modifiable. The “Modify” choice is gray and non-functional. I find that I’m deleting and recreating links a lot and it’s becoming frustrating!
