Please Help - What is a template in Notebook parlance?

I’ve rummaged, and searched, and all I can think of is that we’re talking about uploading an empty notebook. Is that correct?

It’s empty, but it’s “set up”. People build projects with a certain style of paper, fonts, keywords, dividers, headings, etc. You can then get a copy of that notebook without the actual contents. You can then get ideas from seeing how it’s set up, or make another copy and start adding your own contents.

But you are correct, it does not appear in the starting points menu of the app.
