I’m looking for a one click solution to a ready available note taker template to us during meetings; i need title, venue, attendees – basicaly all the info from the entry in my diary. i then need three simple columns for who, what, when in which i can free type, add todo’s linked to Entourage, highlight and coloir code. i used to use OneNote which made all of teh above VERY easy but now I have MAC i’m struggling to replicate this simple note taking layout. Also in OneNote there was an icon in Outlook that enabled me to open a new page from outlook in OneNote with all the meeting details populated and ready to go….does CP have a similar feature? So far CP is not as impressive as OneNote!! please help. |
