      <description>&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;m looking for a one click solution to a ready available note taker template to us during meetings; i need title, venue, attendees &#8211; basicaly all the info from the entry in my diary. i then need three simple columns for who, what, when in which i can free type, add todo&#8217;s linked to Entourage, highlight and coloir code.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;i used to use OneNote which made all of teh above &lt;span class="caps"&gt;VERY&lt;/span&gt; easy but now I have &lt;span class="caps"&gt;MAC&lt;/span&gt; i&#8217;m struggling to replicate this simple note taking layout. Also in OneNote there was an icon in Outlook that enabled me to open a new page from outlook in OneNote with all the meeting details populated and ready to go&#8230;.does CP have a similar feature?&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;So far CP is not as impressive as OneNote!!&lt;/p&gt;
