http://forums.circusponies.com/categories/7/posts/12435 en-us Feed for discussion topic WANTED - template for easy and presentable meeting notes AceSi Tue, 27 Oct 2009 13:50:01 +0000 http://forums.circusponies.com/categories/7/posts/12435 http://forums.circusponies.com/categories/7/posts/12435 <p>I’m looking for a one click solution to a ready available note taker template to us during meetings; i need title, venue, attendees – basicaly all the info from the entry in my diary. i then need three simple columns for who, what, when in which i can free type, add todo’s linked to Entourage, highlight and coloir code.</p> <p>i used to use OneNote which made all of teh above <span class="caps">VERY</span> easy but now I have <span class="caps">MAC</span> i’m struggling to replicate this simple note taking layout. Also in OneNote there was an icon in Outlook that enabled me to open a new page from outlook in OneNote with all the meeting details populated and ready to go….does CP have a similar feature?</p> <p>So far CP is not as impressive as OneNote!!</p> <p>please help.</p>
