Automatic Highlighting?

I have been trying to figure out if there is any way to automatically highlight specific words. For example, I would like to have the word “CONCLUSION” highlighted in red every time I entered it without having to do it manually. This would make it very easy to find on each page. Is there anyway to do this?

Hi Jessica,

You can use a macro utility (like QuickKeys 4+ or TextExpander) to automatically replace a piece of text with a formatted piece, i.e., CONC- becomes CONCLUSION with minimal setup work.

This is not highlighting but that too could be achieved with the addition of a simple macro in QuicKeys (but not with TextExpander).
