Two more things I can’t seem to do:

- Highlight passages in the Keywords section of the multidex. I can highlight text on the note pages themselves, but the highlighting doesn’t “stick” on the same block of text in the multidex.

- Apply a keyword to multiple cells, i.e. select multiple cells and apply the same keyword(s) to them. Having to select and keyword cells individually is way too time-consuming.

If I can’t do these 2 things, add 2 more suggestions for features in future version, thanks.

Hi Hewsie,

“Highlight passages… in Multidex” – I believe that this is not possible, probably due to the fact that this is an ‘Index’ referring to / listing the related cells. I note that it is not possible to change any item on any of the ‘Index’ pages, a good idea in my opinion.

“Apply keyword to multiple…” – This is possible and very easy.

Shift-Click on all the cells you wish to apply a keyword to.

Right or Ctrl-Click (with the cursor still over one of the selected cells so you don’t lose the selection) and select the desired keyword from the pop-up list.

Download a quick sample how-to movie from here

Have a Great day!
pete.
