Can you create a standard page layoutby Jon Bowman - 03:36PM, Dec 21, 2009 |

I want to create a single page look and feel for capturing one on one notes. Name: Date: Notes: My Actions | Their Actions [] | [] [] | [] [] | [] |

Short answer… No. You could create a page looking like what you want, but not with the functionality you want, keep it blank, and cut and paste. If you look at the Page menu item, you’ll see what kind of pages you can create – Note, Writing, Cornell, and Todo. It would be better if you can adapt your techniques to their page formats. Pay special attention to the Format > Text > Inline Table object you can insert. You might also create separate entries for My Actions and Their Actions, and put Action Items under each as children.

I do basically agree with CareyB’s short answer, however; You could get something close if you keep a template page in your notebook and duplicate it as needed. You will need to make one compromise though, there is no way to use multiple checkboxes in the same row (cell). As CareyB also suggested I would be to use ‘Parent Cells’ for your action(s) and ‘Child(ren) Cells’ for their action(s). See the attached for a rough template for your ‘One on One’s’ ---
Have a Great day!
