Project Management Journal - Log

Looking for a tip on how to setup/use Notebook to journal a number of projects where I can print a log of all project journals combined …and… separately. Kinda what a database would provide. Example (entries on a page):

  • 01Feb2010 – Project John – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 01Feb2010 – Project Fred – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 01Feb2010 – Project Fred – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 31Jan2010 – Project John – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 31Jan2010 – Project Mary – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 30Jan2010 – Project Fred – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 30Jan2010 – Project John – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 30Jan2010 – Project John – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 28Jan2010 – Project Mary – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 27Jan2010 – Project John – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.
  • 27Jan2010 – Project Fred – Journal notes and every man is looking for this.

Then print a journal of all projects notes together, like seen above.

But, next, print a journal of only Project Mary entries.

I can use Super-Find to do this, but it truncates the notes entries to look like this:

  • 31Jan2010 – Project Mary – Journal notes…
  • 28Jan2010 – Project Mary – Journal notes…

I’m thinking Notebook can do this, and it’s just too obvious for me to see.

Thanks.
